Data we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier. This is used to authenticate you and display your profile within the app.
Notes, links, images, and other items you save to your timeline are stored on-device and synced to Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) under your account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not read or share your timeline content.
We do not collect analytics or usage data.
Third-party services
- Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication — identity verification, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Firestore & Cloud Storage — encrypted cloud storage for your timeline data.
Account and data deletion
lodespace lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app. We do not retain your data after deletion.
How to delete your account
- Open the lodespace app on your device.
- Open the account menu (tap your profile picture or account icon in the app).
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
What we delete
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account (Google sign-in link and Firebase Auth account)
- All timeline items (notes, links, and saved content)
- All spaces and their names
- All images you uploaded (from our cloud storage)
- All data stored locally in the app on your device
This data is deleted from your device, Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage), and our image storage. We do not keep copies after deletion.
Retention
We do not retain your data after account deletion. Deletion is permanent and there is no additional retention period.
